Job Description

1. Operate CNC machining centers and perform related part processing, completing production tasks according to schedules.

2. Implement on-site 6S management requirements and participate in process/quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma/vocational school certificate or above; mechanical engineering majors preferred.

2. Ability to accurately interpret machining processes/engineering drawings.

3. Proficient in operating at least one model of 3-axis vertical machining center, with expertise in fixture installation, tool setting, and tool change.

4. Skilled in using common measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers).

5. Minimum 4 years of CNC machining center experience.

6. Aerospace component manufacturing experience preferred. Academic requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Develop practical audit plans (including routine audits, economic responsibility audits, special audits, etc.) based on the company's operational needs.

2. Conduct compliance inspections aligned with the group’s internal control framework to regulate employee conduct, enhance management efficiency, and reduce resource waste.

3. Participate in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and addressing company risks; oversee daily operational expenses, conduct regular analyses, and provide timely alerts.

4. Execute specialized investigations or audits (e.g., fraud audits, exit audits, expense audits, incident inquiries), collect valid evidence, and prepare working papers and formal reports.

5. Perform other specialized tasks assigned by the company.

II. Qualifications

1. Native of Sichuan Province; bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, law, or related fields preferred.

2. Familiarity with coal industry operations and upstream/downstream sectors; 3+ years of corporate internal control or audit experience.

3. Integrity, strong professional ethics, no unhealthy habits; fast learner willing to travel.

4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

5. Proficient in office software and business writing.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design molds based on product samples and drawings.

2. Handle technical and product issues related to molds.

3. Formulate mold repair plans after damage occurs.

4. Establish and update mold technical documentation and standards.

5. Serve as the technical interface providing support to Sales, Quality, and Production departments.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to independently perform parametric 3D modeling and generate 2D drawings.

2. Minimum 8 years of extensive experience in packaging mold design.

3. Ability to design products (primarily caps, preforms) based on customer samples and functional requirements.

4. Primary work experience must be within the same industry, designing high-cavity cap molds, preform molds, blow molds, and hot runner systems.

5. Proficient in UG NX and AutoCAD software.

6. Strong stress resistance and sense of responsibility.

7. Work experience required from one or more of the following companies: PUSH Group, Tianyi Mold, Lianyu Mold, Xinglian Precision (Star Precision), Jingcheng Times, Zhongfu Industrial (Zhuhai), ZJ Group, Hangzhou Zhongya Machinery, Anhui Tongfeng Precision Mold, Jiangsu Newamstar Packaging Machinery.

Responsibilities:

1. Product R&D & Design:

   • Participate in product R&D project initiation.

   • Complete mechanical structure design, 3D/2D drawing output, and optimization/improvements to ensure compliance with mass production process requirements.

   • Be responsible for new product trial production, testing, and performance validation (e.g., experimental design, results analysis).

2. Technical Documentation:

   • Develop production process documents (Process Flow Cards, Work Instructions, etc.).

   • Compile BOM lists, patent documentation, and design standards.

3. Production Support:

   • Assist in mass production process confirmation and production training.

   • Troubleshoot technical issues arising during product application.

4. Quality & Cost Control:

   • Propose design improvement suggestions to optimize cost efficiency.

   • Participate in technical cost optimization activities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of design experience with injection molding machines or rubber/plastic equipment.

   • Must have participated in at least one complete development project.

2. Proficient in relevant 3D CAD design software and engineering drawing generation.

   • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) must comply with ASME Y14.5 standards.

3. Mastery of shrinkage compensation methods for common engineering plastics (PET, PP, PC).

4. Requires prior work experience with one of the following injection molding machine manufacturers: Haitian, Yizumi, Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, Borch (Bozhon Precision Intelligent Technology), Huayan, Tederic, Chen Hsong, Lijing, Double Elephant (Shuangma), or with smaller-scale injection molding machine manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of industrial application software modules.

2. Design and develop backend applications/user interfaces.

3. Maintain projects and develop new functional modules.

4. Test and deploy related software.

5. Write development, testing, and deployment documentation.

6. Maintain excellent coding standards and possess strong logical analysis capabilities.

7. Be willing to learn and utilize the programming languages and frameworks required by the company.

8. Proficient in utilizing systems such as Siemens and Beckhoff (TwinCAT).

9. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Skill Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Familiar with the injection molding machine industry, with over 5 years of relevant work experience.

3. Possess injection molding machine debugging and programming capabilities.

4. Strong resilience under pressure, capable of focusing efforts to meet critical milestones during periods of concentrated tasks.

5. Requires work experience at injection molding machine manufacturers such as: Haitian, Yizumi, Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, Borch Intelligent, Huayan, Tederic, Chen Hsong, Lijing, Shuangma, or experience at smaller injection molding machine manufacturers.
