Agricultural Technology R&D Center
Ruibang Agricultural, initially focusing on the village as the basic unit, establishes multiple cooperatives. These cooperatives are formed by Ruibang Agricultural, village representatives, and villagers. The management of the cooperatives is centralized under Ruibang, and a joint cooperative is subsequently established. The joint cooperative is primarily responsible for providing seeds and agricultural supplies, as well as coordinating tasks such as early-stage planting, fertilization, mid-term fertilization, pest and disease control, and late-stage harvesting and transportation. The daily field management tasks, including water drainage in paddy fields, transplanting, and thinning, are delegated to village representatives who lead the villagers. This forms the foundation of Ruibang Agricultural's agricultural technology center.
The agricultural technology center also integrates scattered farm machinery operators and individual farm machinery service providers in the surrounding areas. It transforms them into a cohesive network, making the technology center a platform for operators to easily find work and providing farmers with a stable service channel. The center establishes seedling nurseries to engage in services such as rice seedling cultivation and wheat soaking, meeting its own needs while also serving the public.
Simultaneously, the agricultural technology center collaborates with agricultural experts to offer training, technical consulting, and experimental field planting and breeding. This initiative aims to provide technical and service support for local poverty alleviation and rural revitalization efforts.
